
Initial Feasibility Study
Most assignments begin with a feasibility study, which is a clinical and data-driven assessment of a client’s readiness to enter the USA market and likelihood of success.
The feasibility study covers the four C’s:

Customer
There will also be a SWOT analysis for US entry purposes (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats).
We will use statistically significant original and secondary research to precisely assess customer demographics, as well as their shopping preferences, buying motivations and the optimal price they are willing to pay.
Lastly, we will provide a 1-5 success score, with success defined as the likely possibility of achieving a positive cash flow by the third year.
